Upstate Country-Style Space
The renovation of the Coatesville Manor Home was a collaborative project between interior designer Kate Garham from Suede and Stone and our construction team. The homeowner, Jacky Cantel, commissioned the project to transform the existing kitchen and laundry areas into sophisticated upstate country-style spaces. In addition to the kitchen and laundry renovations, the project also involved replacing the floor tiles with stunning engineered White oak floors and installing exquisite lighting fixtures throughout the home.
- Upstate Country Kitchen: The project involved designing and building a luxurious upstate country kitchen that combines rustic charm with modern elegance. This included custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a functional layout that caters to the homeowner’s needs.
- Laundry Room Upgrade: The laundry room was revamped to enhance functionality and aesthetics. This included installing new storage solutions, countertops, and fixtures to create a more efficient and visually appealing space.
- White Oak Flooring: The decision to replace the floor tiles with engineered White oak floors added warmth and sophistication to the home. The durable and timeless nature of White oak flooring complements the overall design aesthetic of the manor home.
- Lighting Design: Beautiful lighting fixtures were strategically installed throughout the home to enhance the ambience and highlight architectural features. Thoughtfully selected lighting elements added depth and character to the interior spaces.
The Coatesville Manor Home renovation project stands as a testament to the successful collaboration between talented designers, skilled craftsmen, and a visionary homeowner. By seamlessly blending classic elements with contemporary design concepts, the project has elevated the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the home, creating a space that is as inviting as it is elegant.
