Kate Gardham Designer

Kate Gardham. Lead Interior Designer, Kitchen and Bathroom Specialist

Kate Gardham, our Lead Interior Designer, is who you’ll work with most directly on kitchen and bathroom selections.

Kate comes in during the design stage, before construction starts. She works through every specification category. Tapware, cabinetry, benchtops, tiles (including grout and silicone colour), bathroom fittings, lighting. Each option is loaded into the CoConstruct portal at three tiers with real costs. You select. The budget updates in real time.

Award-winning, with deep specialisation in kitchen and bathroom interior design. Kate’s early involvement is what turns vague Prime Cost allowances into locked-in costs. That’s how we hold pricing accuracy beyond the proposal stage.

Myrthe Nitzsche. Co-Founder, Interior Architect

Myrthe Nitzsche was the first woman to graduate as an interior architect with honours from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, the oldest art academy in the Netherlands. As co-founder, she set the design standard behind every YOURBUILDER project, and it still shapes the work: the plan reviews, the quality the build team holds itself to, and the promise that your finished home will look better in person than on paper. On the most complex, design-led projects, she takes on the interior architecture herself.

Heritage details, preserved. Modern details, built with the same care. When budgets tighten and the easy answer is to simplify, Myrthe holds the line on the details that matter. That balance of her purist eye and Hamid’s pragmatism now runs through the whole team. It’s what protects both your vision and your investment.
