Placing importance on having open and honest communication between all parties involved, from the engineers’ right through to the landscapers and creating an environment where fusing creativity with practicality, is a good place to be. As much as those two worlds can be miles apart, it gives us the opportunity to explore and be open to creating a positively memorable construction journey for our clients and a home that exceeds expectations.
10 Year Home first Builders Guarantee – What is the homefirst Builders Guarantee? Members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand can apply to builtin New Zealand Ltd for a Ten year written guarantee when undertaking your renovation. The guarantee gives the homeowner additional reassurance and belief in the quality of the workmanship provided by their certified builder. Also, should the unthinkable happen and Your Builder be unable to complete your project you will be supplied with a registered building practitioner to complete your project at no additional cost to you.
A great designer – We guarantee to use only competent, experienced and established designers or architects on your project and to recommend one who can design for the unique needs of your project.
“In the unlikely event that we introduce you to a designer/architect with whom you are not happy, we will find a more suitable person to suit your needs at no additional cost to you.”
High Level of Communication – We guarantee that throughout the entire project our team will listen to your concerns. If at any time you feel that this has not been the case then we guarantee that senior management will address your issues with respect and sensitivity and commit to obtaining the level of communication you need. Your project will be managed with the Your Builder quality management online programme. Further you have guaranteed access to this programme 24/7 so you can monitor progress against schedule and record any concerns you might have, changes you wish to make, log questions and view warranties.
Respect your Home – “Shoes off and drop sheets down.” We guarantee that we will be respectful and sensitive by taking the time to ask and know your home rules. It is important to us to keep you feeling comfortable in your home.
Quality Workmanship – Because your project will be overseen by a qualified experienced LBP who meets our rigorous standards you are assured of quality workmanship. Further any subcontractors used on your project must be qualified and registered (where appropriate) and exceed our minimum standards. In the unlikely event that you are concerned about the quality of workmanship on your projects we guarantee to register your concern and to investigate fully and/or arrange further investigation and/or rectification if necessary.
