No. Many homeowners come to us before any plans exist. If you do have plans, bring them. Hamid will assess where you are and route you to the right next step.

Q: What does it cost to start?

The Discovery Call is free. The on-site visit with Hamid is included. Concept Design Pricing as a standalone service is $1,500 to $3,000 and refunded if you engage us for the build. Often included for clients who come through our architect network.

Q: How quickly can we start?

The Discovery Call is usually scheduled within a few days. From there the design and consent stages set the pace. We will be honest about timing rather than promising what we can’t deliver.

For clients who come through the architect network, we often provide this pricing at no cost. As a standalone service, Concept Design Pricing runs $1,500 to $3,000 and is refunded if you engage us for the build.
